PROFILE Company Director, Julie Pollock has been a Human Resources Professional since 1997, gaining extensive experience working for a multinational organisation which at its peak employed 3,000 employees throughout Ireland. Julie headed up the HR Function at a site where 300 people were employed and was a member of the Senior Management Team where she was involved in strategic business decisions. The projects she was involvement in included:- resource planning, leading recruitment and selection projects during business growth, downsizing and redundancies including the management of complete closure of sites, change management and restructuring projects. As an HR Consultant, Julie specialises in providing HR support to small and medium sized companies who do not have a dedicated HR Manager. Julie supports clients from a wide variety of business sectors with practical hands on advice whether it is everyday HR issues or more complex employment issues. Julie is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and is the Chairperson of Women In Enterprise.
