Project Work
This option gives you the flexibility to utilise our knowledge and expertise as and when you require it, whether it is developing terms and conditions of employment or conducting a complex disciplinary hearing at your premises.
Fixed Monthly Fee
This service provides you with continuous advice and support with all your HR and Personnel queries including scheduled on site meetings with you at your business premises.
Scheduled On Site HR Management Support
This creates the opportunity for businesses to outsource their HR. The Consultant is your HR Manager and an agreed timetable would be set out in accordance with the business requirements.
We would develop an HR strategy identifying HR initiatives to work towards achieving Company Objectives. A review of the problem areas within the organisation would be conducted and a strategy developed on how to address these issues. Personnel issues would be reviewed with the management and an action plan agreed on the appropriate procedures to follow. |
